1. Acceptance
By using this app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
The app lets shop owners connect a Facebook Page they manage, so that customer messages on Messenger are answered automatically by AI and orders are collected. The shop owner supplies their own OpenRouter API key and instructions for the AI.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be an admin of any Facebook Page you connect.
- You must follow Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger policies, and applicable laws.
- You are responsible for the content of your AI instructions, your prices and your orders.
- Keep your login details and API keys safe. Costs charged by OpenRouter or model providers are your responsibility.
4. AI replies
Replies are generated by AI and may sometimes be inaccurate. Shop owners should check orders before fulfilling them. Customers are told they may be chatting with an automated assistant.
5. Availability
We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop the service at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost sales, lost data or other indirect damages arising from use of the app.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app and disconnect your Page at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

সেবার শর্তাবলি
- এই অ্যাপ দিয়ে দোকানদার তার ফেসবুক পেজ কানেক্ট করে Messenger-এ কাস্টমারের মেসেজের স্বয়ংক্রিয় এআই উত্তর ও অর্ডার সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন।
- যে পেজ কানেক্ট করবেন, সেটির অ্যাডমিন আপনাকে হতে হবে। Meta-র নীতি ও প্রচলিত আইন মানতে হবে।
- এআই নির্দেশনা, দাম ও অর্ডারের দায় দোকানদারের। OpenRouter বা মডেল প্রদানকারীর খরচ আপনার নিজের।
- এআই-র উত্তর কখনো ভুল হতে পারে, তাই অর্ডার পাঠানোর আগে যাচাই করুন।
- সেবা সবসময় চালু থাকার নিশ্চয়তা নেই। আইন অনুমোদিত সীমায় আমরা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায় নিই না।
- যেকোনো সময় পেজ ডিসকানেক্ট করে সেবা বন্ধ করতে পারেন। শর্ত ভাঙলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারি।
